HUSHD Guard Occlusal Splint Nightguard

The Hushd Guard is a temporary boil-and-bite Occlusal Splint Nightguard device that allows users to trial a bruxism solution prior to committing to a permanent device. Made from non-toxic silicone with cushioned bite-pads and a flexible band to ensure the splint is secure, the Hushd Guard protects from teeth clenching, grinding, and bruxism. 

With the support of the SleepCare patient app the patient can access instructional videos, sleep hygiene tips and be connected to a local sleep dentist. On the conclusion of a successful 30-day trial, the user is prompted to schedule an appointment with a local sleep dentist to transition to Hushd Pro Guard, a permanent, custom-fitted Occlusal Splint Nightguard device. Clinicians can track their patient’s progress through the ResDent Clinician Portal.

Hushd is not recommended for people who:

• Have a history of temporomandibular disorder
• Have loose teeth or periodontal disease
• Wear dental appliances such as dentures or braces
• Have implants, crowns, or caps unless dentist approved.
