Our full program takes place over 6 weeks and consists of 5 appointments:
- Upon booking your initial appointment our system will send you a sleep diary for you to complete ready for your 1st conversation with our team. This is a crucial part and helps our team see what your day-to-day sleep is like in your own words.
- Your initial consult takes 1 hour and our team will gather a comprehensive sleep health history and identify the contributing factors to your specific sleep issues.
- Four review appointments are then scheduled, where our team will assess your progress and set, achievable changes in sleeping habits.
- The program is fully customisable, meaning that this structure is open to change according to the needs, challenges and successes of individual clients
- You will then, if required, transition to an "as-needed" basis. Allowing you to access continued support if you feel you need it.
